Sound Mind Consulting was born out of an awareness that Christian Leaders are often hesitant to seek help for their own emotional, spiritual and mental health needs, even while advocating the value of this care for those in their organization.

We believe in the power of Ministers having a safe space to share private thoughts and concerns.  We understand the unique weight of leading and the unseen cost of ministry, and our team is committed to allowing Jesus to move through these relationships to bring these Shepherds and Leaders back to a place of peace. 

Our endorsed coaches are independent professionals who are certified and carefully selected.  We ensure they are supported with ongoing specialized training and professional consultations.
